Chrysler Sebring and Dodge Avenger Will Continue 2012
Chrysler Sebring and Dodge Avenger Will Continue 2012, Reading the title you’ll be wondering where is the novelty of this notice. Well, the answer lies a few months ago when Cerberus, Chrysler’s former owner, decided that the end of production of these two models would arrive before spring 2010.
Now the acquisition of Chrysler by the Fiat Group will allow both the Chrysler Sebring and Dodge Avenger like to continue their commercial life until 2012. That yes, meanwhile underwent profound restylings to keep them updated.
This decision is the same as that taken with the PT Cruiser this summer and will allow Chrysler’s CEO, Sergio Marchionne, calmly develop their substitutes and on platforms in Italy. It therefore seems a good option to keep a mediocre product to prepare a better and more likely to succeed.
Despite having available the Volkswagen 2.0 TDI engine as the Chrysler and Dodge have not conceded in the European market. In Spain sales figures are very poor as shown by checking that until August had enrolled 193 of the Avenger Sebring and 136 throughout the year. Hopefully when they submit their successors can compete for quality and performance with our market models.

Chrysler 200? All you need to know is that they still plan on offering a 4 speed transmission. And, how can they be talking of “improved ride, improved suspension geometry, new tires”, etc. if this is a new car? Aren’t they admitting that this is just a rebadging of the Sebring? I bet it’s a snoozer.
